Mediobanca Management Company S.A. is a Mediobanca company governed by Luxembourg law, whose authorization exclusively covers the activity of collective management, in accordance with Article 101(2) of the law of 17 December 2010 relating to UCIs.

Posizione

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented resource to join the Operations Team of Mediobanca Management Company S.A. in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily NAV validation (with BNP our outsourcer), Company Secretariat, payment instruction on behalf of the Company, oversight control over accounting, periodic reporting directly for the CEO of the Company.

• Direct relations with Funds Managers and direct contact person for relations with Custodian Banks (BNP security services SA and Banque de Luxembourg).

• Clients / PM / middle office’ s colleagues queries management.

• Internal and external auditor’ s query management

• Strong relation with our service provider BNP and Banque de Luxembourg (Transfer Agent, Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, domiciliation, KIID Priips preparation, etc.)

• Managing the flow of the commission cycle

Requisiti

• English proficiency is a must, French and/or Italian desirable

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Any professional certifications are considered an asset.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving approach.

Location: Luxembourg (L-1528)

In line with pay transparency requirements, this role is offered on a permanent basis, subject to a six-month probationary period, with a gross annual salary in the range of EUR 45,000–55,000, plus benefits and eligibility for the variable incentive scheme in accordance with Mediobanca's remuneration policies.
