WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Cashier Manager, your mission will be to contribute personally to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.

• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make suggestions for improvement to better respond to customer needs.

• Perform cash reconciliation and provide all supporting documentation for operations carried out.

• Assist the Cashier Line with incidents.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project live.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a manager, supervisor or coordinator of customer service and/or cashier staff in large stores or retail.

• Driving license and own vehicle.

• Geographical mobility in the Canary Islands is valued for promotion as Cashier Manager.
