Brief Summary of Primary Duties:
Communicate and administer Prysmian Group policies and procedures
Ensure a safe work environment at all times
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
Coordinate between different groups such as logistics and maintenance
Resolve conflicts on the shop floor
Perform necessary clerical activities such as time or record keeping
Drive quality and cost saving initiatives
Guide, mentor, and lead shop floor associates

Specific Skills/Training Required
Computer skills & ability that allow them to enter data, use email, and basic office programs
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to use written work instructions to complete task
Ability to use measuring equipment –including but not limited to OD tapes, calibers, micrometers,

First Responders Training
Education:
High School/GED Diploma - required
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, Machine Tool Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years manufacturing experience required
1-3 years supervisory experience required
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing systems.
Experience utilizing production data, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lean manufacturing exposure preferred
Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements:
Safety shoes and glasses required when working in the production areas
Hearing Protection required in posted areas
Ability to stand 8-12 hours on concrete floors
