Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for the Rome Laurentina office.

The resource will be included in the Line of Business (LoB) Defence & Government Business which has the mission of managing the divisional business with reference to clients belonging to Public Administration (central and local) and Defense bodies, to be included in the LOB Business Areas.

The identified resources will be included in a structured training path on Project Management issues.

The people, supported by a Senior figure, will mainly deal with:

• Analyzing the Information System to improve business performance;

• Identifying areas where changes to the information system are necessary to support the business plan and controlling the impact in terms of change management;

• Formulating functional and non-functional requirements and supervising their correct application;

• Analyzing requirements and designing related processes;

• Participating in test planning and certifying their accuracy and completeness, certifying the compliance of the software produced with quality requirements;

• Taking care of the definition and functional analysis of user reports;

• Taking care of the drafting of functional documentation;

• Developing business cases related to the proposed solutions.

Education:

Degree in STEM disciplines.

Seniority:

Recent graduate.

Technical and IT skills and knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

• Knowledge of at least one of the main programming languages is a plus;

• Passion for topics related to process digitization and/or Cyber Security.

Language skills:

Knowledge of English (B2).

Behavioral skills:

• Aptitude for analysis and research aimed at achieving the set objectives;

• Proactive and innovation-oriented attitude;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Attitude for continuous learning;

• Good communication skills (written / verbal);

Other:

Availability for short and medium-term National and International Business Trips.

How does the selection process work? Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified. Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
