Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about our school's programs, policies, and events.
• Resolve inquiries from students, parents, and the public effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
