Role Summary: As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will drive business growth across the traditional channel/Indirect Trade. In this dynamic field role, you will lead route-to-market execution by partnering with key distributors and wholesalers to maximize sales performance, distribution efficiency, and market share. You will serve as the strategic link between Colgate-Palmolive and external distribution partners, delivering long-term value and commercial excellence across surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of strategic route plans and 5'P field standards across assigned distributor and wholesaler accounts to achieve volume and profitability targets.

• Partner closely with distributor sales teams to coach, train, and align field personnel on customer service excellence and product execution strategies.

• Analyze sales performance metrics, distribution coverage, and inventory rotation to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel profitability.

• Drive brand development strategies in the field by monitoring promotional activities, tracking competitor movements, and recommending agile commercial action plans.

• Conduct structured field visits and customer consultations to ensure consistent service standards, policy compliance, and strong channel partner relationships.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields

• Intermediate level of English

• At least 6 months of professional experience in commercial roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6m-1 year of experience in sales or sales supervisory.

• Previous experience within the FMCG industry.

• Strong understanding of commercial sales and marketing execution techniques.

• Proven interpersonal and relationship-management skills with a collaborative mindset
