Mediobanca Management Company S.A. is a Mediobanca company governed by Luxembourg law, whose authorization exclusively covers the activity of collective management, in accordance with Article 101(2) of the law of 17 December 2010 relating to UCIs.

Posizione

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented resource to join the Risk Management Team of Mediobanca Management Company S.A. in Luxembourg.

The candidate will contribute to the management of the Risks faced by the Company and of its funds under management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of the main risk metrics applicable to investment funds (e.g. VaR, Commitment, volatility, etc.);

• Support the review of portfolio valuation matters, with particular focus on liquid financial instruments and OTC derivatives as well as valuation controls.

• Participation in Due Diligence activities and oversight of delegates, when required.

• Strong proficiency in the tools used for market risk monitoring, including advanced Excel skills (development and maintenance of macros, use of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, etc.);

• Knowledge of the regulatory investment limits applicable to UCITS;

• Basic understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework applicable to Luxembourg Management Companies and investment funds;

• Support in managing requests from internal and external auditors, as well as from the Parent Company.

Requisiti

Required Skills:

• English proficiency is a must, French and/or Italian desirable

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Basic understanding of the regulatory framework related to ManCos and Luxembourg investment funds (UCITS, CSSF regulations and circulars, SFDR, ESMA guidelines, DORA).

• Any professional certifications are considered an asset.

Location: Luxembourg (L-1528)

In line with pay transparency requirements, this role is offered on a permanent basis, subject to a six-month probationary period, with a gross annual salary in the range of EUR 50,000–80,000, plus benefits and eligibility for the variable incentive scheme in accordance with Mediobanca's remuneration policies.
