Within the Aircraft Technologies & Systems Unit, we are looking for a Flight Control Systems Analyst and Designer for our Turin office.
The resource will carry out all activities falling within the competence of the Vehicle Management System & UCS EFA Unit, for aspects relating to the definition, design, analysis, testing and Qualification/Certification of Vehicle Management Systems.
In particular, the resource will:
Acquire basic knowledge related to military and civil reference regulations for the definition, design and development of flight control systems;
Define system and equipment specifications;
Manage/coordinate system and equipment suppliers;
Check/comment/reject or accept documentation released by suppliers;
Define test requirements;
Execution of rig tests (engineering and formal) and analysis of results;
Prepare technical documentation for certification/qualification (MOE);
Contribute to the analysis of in-service problems;
Support other company departments (safety, airworthiness, technical publications, production departments, etc.).
Educational qualification: Master's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (preferred systems specialization)

Technical knowledge and skills:
Systemic and aeronautical competence;
Knowledge of System Modeling Language (SysML);
Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards;
Theoretical knowledge of flight control systems and their design.
Behavioral skills:
Proactive person, with the ability to interact with other company figures and potentially foreign customers;
Debugging and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work in international teams.
Language skills:
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Computer skills:
Microsoft Office (intermediate level);
Matlab for data analysis (experience required, even minimal at study level);
Simulink for the development of control systems (experience required, even minimal at study level);
IBM Rational DOORS + DXL;
C# programming.
Other:
Availability for national and international travel.
