Position Summary

As Iberian Workplace Experience & Facilities Specialist, you will drive workplace excellence across Iberia through data-driven facilities management, workplace technologies, mobility solutions and employee experience initiatives.

A Day in the Life

• Optimize workplace operations and space utilization.

• Manage mobility solutions, carsharing and charging systems.

• Oversee workplace platforms, data quality and user support.

• Coordinate office events and workplace communications.

• Create dashboards and insights to improve performance and costs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers across Iberia.

• Challenge current Workplace systems to improve operations and user experience.

What Will Make You Successful

• • 3 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management or operations.

• Strong analytical capabilities with Power BI and Excel.

• Experience with digital platforms and automation initiatives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Spanish and English. (nice to have)

• Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement.
