Overview:
The Maintenance Technician supports daily production operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility.
This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to support both people and processes in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors
Install and service electronic equipment
Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet Program Fanuc robots
Execute and improve preventative maintenance Perform fast-paced repairs to minimize production downtime
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery
Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operational equipment
Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance
Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems – certification, license or associate degree required.
Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days
Previous experience in a production environment
Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to:
Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level
Lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by production schedule.
Read machine schematics
Operate industrial equipment
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

Hiring Range: $34.17 - $38.69 USD
