What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Leader whose purpose is to accompany the planning, coordination, monitoring and control of the CRM project, ensuring adequate management of activities, commitments, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and progress.

Among their main responsibilities are:

• Elaborate, update and follow up on the project work plan.

• Coordinate progress, follow-up and decision-making meetings.

• Manage project risks, incidents, dependencies and blockers.

• Follow up on commitments, responsible parties and target dates.

• Ensure communication between business areas, technology, suppliers and stakeholders.

• Prepare progress reports and executive follow-up.

• Document agreements, minutes, decisions, risks and next steps.

• Support the prioritization of requirements and activities.

• Supervise the fulfillment of milestones, deliverables and planned activities.

• Timely escalate deviations, critical decisions or situations that may affect project progress.

You will act as a facilitator and coordination point for the project, contributing to an orderly, transparent and results-oriented management.
