Vos défis:

• Recevoir, organiser, mettre en place et assurer le suivi des demandes de transport end to end, provenant des clients externes et internes ;

• Gérer les opérations de transport hors gabarit (oversized) et general cargo pour le programme A220 ;

• S'assurer de l'exécution des opérations de transport auprès des différents prestataires de services ;

• Effectuer un suivi minutieux des transports de façon quotidienne auprès des clients internes et externes ;

• S'assurer du respect des plannings au niveau des différentes opérations de transport ;

• S'assurer de suivre, mettre en place et actualiser les processus afférents aux diverses opérations de transport ;

• S'assurer de respecter les règles de transport et douanières au niveau international aérien, maritime, routier pour les marchandises oversized et general cargo ;

• S'assurer de respecter les règles de notre compagnie en fonction des requis pour les opérations de l'A220 ;

• Représenter un interlocuteur clé pour les diverses opérations de transport pour le programme A220 auprès de nos différents services internes (logistique, production, approvisionnement...) et de nos prestataires externes ; s'assurer d'une bonne communication avec ces derniers ;

• Mettre à jour, suivre et respecter les KPI internes ;

• Participer aux réunions mensuelles opérationnelles ;

• Travailler du lundi au vendredi et être de rotation en fin de semaine à raison d'une fois par mois pour répondre aux transports urgents ;

• Être force de proposition face à un problème de transport et savoir proposer des solutions .

Votre profil:

• Vous possédez un diplôme de licence en transport et logistique ou une expérience équivalente dans ce domaine d'activité ;

• Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du transport ou un poste similaire, avec connaissance du marché nord-américain, des opérations de transport oversized et/ou general cargo ;

• Vous faites preuve de résilience ;

• Vous êtes orienté client ;

• Vous êtes proactif, réactif et vous savez anticiper les demandes et les besoins ;

• Vous avez une bonne communication interne et externe ;

• Vous êtes soucieux du respect des règles, processus et politiques internes ;

• Vous êtes organisé, méthodique, consciencieux et rigoureux ;

• Vous êtes soucieux de la qualité de service ;

• Vous savez travailler en équipe .

Your challenges:

• Handle, arrange and follow all transportation requests end to end from our different customers;

• Handle oversized and general cargo transportation operations and requirements of the A220 program;

• Ensure effective execution of all transportation activities for incoming and outgoing material with our different service providers;

• Ensure the daily follow-up of all transportation activities with the service providers and communicate with internal clients;

• Be accountable for all orders to be shipped and delivered on the agreed dates;

• Be accountable for smooth transportation processes and update them;

• Ensure compliance with international (air, ocean and ground) transportation and customs rules for oversized and general cargo;

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies;

• Be a key contact for all transport operations for the A220 program;

• Be the interface and have good communication with all internal business departments to support on-time deliveries with the Logistics Department, Procurement, Supply and Production;

• Measure, consolidate, update and follow the KPIs;

• Participate in the operational monthly review with our different service providers;

• Work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation (once per month) to handle urgent shipments;

• Be proactive and able to propose back-up solutions when facing a transport issue.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics or equivalent background in training and/or relevant experience;

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position;

• You have good knowledge of the North American transportation market;

• You have solid knowledge of oversized transportation by ground and ocean, and also of general cargo (air and ocean);

• You are stress resistant;

• You are customer-oriented;

• You are logical, proactive and reactive, and always one step ahead of the demands;

• You have good interaction and communication skills at all levels, both inside and outside the organization;

• You follow internal processes, rules and company policies;

• You are organized, conscientious, methodical and rigorous;

• You are quality service-oriented;

• You have a strong team spirit;
