Job description

Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Beauty Sales Assistant belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99) for a prestigious international cosmetic and lifestyle brand, known for transforming daily routines into authentic wellness rituals.

The resource will be inserted in the sales point of the Serravalle Designer Outlet, becoming part of a welcoming team oriented towards customer experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome customers with an attentive, empathetic approach oriented towards listening

• Guide customers to discover products and rituals dedicated to personal well-being

• Offer personalized advice on brand collections and novelties

• Manage cash operations with precision and in compliance with company procedures

• Take care of the sales point set-up, restocking and presentation of exhibition spaces

• Contribute to maintaining a harmonious environment, consistent with the brand's premium image

Requirements

• Registration in the Targeted Placement (L.68/99)

• Excellent relational and communication skills

• Passion for the beauty world

• Flexibility and willingness to work part-time (24h) on shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Retail experience considered a plus

• Fixed-term contract of 6 months, with possibility of continuity

• Framing according to CCNL Commercio, 5th level

• Indicative RAL: €15.500 – €16.500
