As our IT function continues to grow and mature, we are now looking for Factory IT Business Partners to facilitating the digital transformation. The Factory ITBP provides strategic inputs and guidance through key IT initiatives, ensuring business continuity in Hangzhou and supporting our broader transformation ambitions, particularly in the space of AI-driven digitalization. In addition you collaborate with a team of IT professionals based in EA Region, focused on the delivery of IT solutions/services to Electrolux factories. Success in the position requires innovative thinking, delivering new ideas that add value. You are constantly challenging the status quo, driving continuous improvement and striving for a visible, measurable benefit from every action. You develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the factory as well as with the functions and teams within IT in the region and globally.

• What you will do:

  • Be proactive with factory leadership teams and influence strategy
  • Take responsibility for the local IT environment (applications, infrastructure and work place) and related assets, vendors and IT services being delivered within the factory in the Country
  • Ensure a secure, reliable, available, compliant and cost effective IT environment that meet requirements
  • Monitor all IT solutions used within the factory and ensure that they comply with IT standards, fulfil the minimum security requirements and follow established governance and service delivery processes
  • Work with the IT teams at global level to maintain operational excellence in relation to IT solutions and services remotely delivered to the factories
  • Facilitate a convergence of ideas & requirements with IT delivery, using a strong operations and IT experience
  • Work with factory leadership teams to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Proactively manage the IT related project portfolio and pipeline, assisting to facilitate measurements of benefits resulting from IT investments
  • Identify opportunities for driving innovation, AI-driven digitalization and process excellence
  • Ensure proper participation in steering committees in relation to IT related projects
  • Be responsible for the IT budgets

• Minimum Requirements:

  • You hold a university degree in IT and have at least 5 years previous experience in roles within manufacturing units working with ERP/MRP and production control systems /MES. Experience in utilizing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) methodology for the provision of services, using processes such as incident management, change management and asset management.

• Technical/Functional Skills

  • ITIL knowledge and certification is required.
  • Experience in management of contracts and negotiation with external vendors for the provision of products and services.
  • Familiar with AI fundamentals, tools and platforms ( e.g. MS Azure AI, Copilot, automation tools) and proven achievements in AI-driven digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware, IT infrastructure, and cloud architecture, with solid knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
  • Familiar with factory automation systems (HMI/SCADA and IoT devices) and OT infrastructure.
  • SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
