As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges. From Day 1, you’ll contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that create measurable value for our clients.

Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.

Work across industries and client challenges. Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.
Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. Contribute to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions while quickly building industry knowledge and developing trusted working relationships with client teams.
Leverage AI to advance the way we work. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients, while continuously building your fluency with the technology.
Build knowledge across Inverto. Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.
Learn through collaboration. Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, business analytics, supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, or similar fields preferred.
Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
Internship experience or extracurriculars in business, operations, consulting, procurement, supply chain management, operations, or relevant areas preferred
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence to share thoughtful perspectives.
Eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it as part of your professional growth
Curiosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
An entrepreneurial approach and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.
You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network. Together, you’ll work in diverse, high-performing teams that value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

For U.S. Applicants
The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $105,000.
