Etjca Sassari is looking for Chef de Rang for an important luxury facility located in Porto Cervo. Availability required from 12/08 to 23/08.
Main activities:

Mise-en-place preparation.

Welcoming and accompanying guests to the table.

Presentation of the menu and wine list (in the absence of the Sommelier).

Taking orders and table service.

Collaboration with the dining room brigade, ensuring compliance with service standards.
Requirements:

Experience in the role, preferably in high-level hotels or restaurants.

Professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
-
Excellent command of the English language.
Accommodation is provided.
Employment:
- C2 CCNL Tourism Confindustria, gross monthly salary €1806.59.
