Responsibilities

• Influence our financial strategy. Partner closely with the leadership team to shape long-term planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and other major strategic choices with significant implications.

• Drive financial planning and performance management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to help the business achieve its goals.

• Improve reporting and financial processes. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, support compliance requirements, and help prepare for audits.

• Support cash and capital management. Assist with treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and relationships with banking partners.

• Improve business economics. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate investments and resource allocation.

• Build scalable finance capabilities. Help develop finance tools, processes, and reporting systems that enable a growing and increasingly complex organization.

Requirements

• Reasoning ability Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.

• Outstanding relevant experience You have a strong technical foundation in accounting, finance, and tax, and are comfortable building financial models, preparing financial statements, and developing forecasts and budgets in complex environments.
