Customer Service & Administration Intern

We are looking for Customer Service & Administration Intern to join our F&A Team in Bolton Polska based in Warsaw.

How you make the difference

This role provides support to the Customer Service & Administration Department by assisting with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks. It contributes to the smooth functioning of internal processes and helps ensure that operations are carried out accurately and on time.

How your agenda looks like:

• Process orders from customers

• Prepare reports for customer service department

• Assist with office supply management and coordination of team meetings and trainings

• Contribute to IT-related administrative tasks and internal projects

Your team:

You will be part of the Finance & Accounting team, working in direct contact with the Customer Service & Logistic Manager. This will give you the opportunity to gain insight into both administrative and customer service in an international context.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to details

• Previous internship experience is a plus

• Good knowledge of English

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
