Trade & Promotion Sales Team Lead

Overview

Responsible for managing and analyzing national TM business data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Maintains and enhances critical reporting platforms, including PSD, Kantar, NPD, Nielsen, and incentive-related reports. Provides support for cross-warehouse data operations, order management, and business performance monitoring. Integrates and analyzes data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and standardization while continuously improving operational efficiency and data governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• BUTM-PSD and Kanter data reports (National)

• BUTM-NPD and Nielsen Analysis Report (National)

• BUTM-Incentive（Includes quarterly bonuses and annual bonuses, include AOP, MS, WD, ND, SDO

• Business data support, supporting BUTM data reporting and material reservation order management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification

• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies for 5+ years.

• Cross-functional communication and collaboration: can quickly align the needs of trade marketing, sales and other functions to promote the implementation of the project.

• Project Management & Process Optimization: Continuously streamline nodes and improve ROI.

• Technical experience in SAP.

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PBI, Outlook and other)

• Ability to read and write in English (essential), speaking (preferred) and fluency in Mandarin

• Communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
