Warehouse Inventory Coordinator (Meycauayan, PH, 3020)

Position Title: Warehouse Inventory & Non-Conformance Specialist

Main Purpose of Job

To ensure effective monitoring and timely closure of non-conformance cases, manage bad goods and disposal processing activities across Nestlé Distribution Centers, and provide warehouse inventory support through stock accuracy management, write-on/write-off processing, IDoc clearance, and inventory health check reporting.

Key Requirements

• Monitor, investigate, and coordinate the timely closure of customer non-conformance reports.

• Process bad goods and disposal transactions for Nestlé Distribution Centers in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and market requirements.

• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy through inventory reconciliation, stock monitoring, and discrepancy resolution.

• Process inventory write-on/write-off adjustments accurately and in compliance with established controls and procedures.

• Monitor and clear IDoc errors to ensure smooth and accurate system transaction processing.

• Run inventory health check reports, analyze findings, and initiate corrective actions to address inventory and system issues.

• Coordinate with Distribution Centers, warehouse teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to support inventory and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Quality, and inventory management standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and service performance.
