Job Description

Support planning, scheduling and execution of operator qualification activities.

Coordinate qualification assessments and maintain qualification records.

Track qualification completion status and follow up on overdue qualifications.

Support preparation of TS Evaluation Forms 2.0 documentation.

Assist in e-learning content creation, video development and training material digitization.

Support E-Qualification 2.0 implementation and paperless training initiatives.
-
Generate qualification reports and support audit preparation activities.

Assist SFT Coordinator in administrative and project-related activities.
Qualifications
-
Undergraduate pursuing Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation capability.

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with shopfloor personnel.

Interest in manufacturing operations, training systems, and digitalization initiatives.

Proficient in both Bahasa Malay and English
