What are we looking for?

• An After Sales Engineer- UAVs, with at least 1 year of experience

• Availability to join our team in San Sebastián de los Reyes

• Degree: Engineering or related technical discipline

• Work Model: hybrid

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in UAV systems and/or aeromodelling.

• Experience with avionics and/or UAVs (highly desirable).

• Knowledge or experience in electronics, hardware, or system integration.

• Strong technical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how complex systems work.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Spanish and English (high level required, written and spoken)

What will your responsibilities be?

The After-Sales Engineer is a key position within the Support & Technical Services Department, playing a critical role on the customer-facing side of the business. The After-Sales Engineer acts as the customer’s technical reference within UAV Navigation, ensuring that commitments made during the commercial phase are successfully translated into real-world operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the after-sales lifecycle

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing technical inquiries, technical problem assessment, and follow-up to resolution

• Plan, deliver, and document customer training activities (integration, operation, troubleshooting, etc.)

• Execute on-site service activities on customer platforms, including system installation, setup, configuration, tuning, validation, and acceptance support

• Provide field troubleshooting and technical support during customer operations and flight trials, ensuring effective root-cause identification and corrective actions

• Contribute to product and system validation activities, including test support, feedback to Product Management, and updates to technical documentation

• Create and maintain Knowledge Base content in coordination with internal teams and the Support & Technical Services Department

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and delivery
