The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
The Manufacturing Engineer will drive productivity improvements within the factory's internal processes, with a constant focus on safety and quality. This role demands a commitment to operational excellence, utilizing problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Lead improvements in industrial engineer area (Efficiency and P4G projects);
Make synergy between industrial engineering and operations area to implement flawless NPI/EPI projects;
Lead the implementation of WCM methodology in the processes;
Be responsible for technical KPIs of the area.
Engineering bachelor’s degree;
Prior experience in manufacturing and internal logistic industry (at least 5y);
CREA;
Proven experience in engineering routine (specification, development and projects implementation and also cost takeout projects).
Knowledge in WCM methodology;
OPEx certifications;
Data driven problem solving mindset;
Have logical, analytical and creative thinking;
Self motivation and curiosity;
Accountability and team work;
Advanced English;
