As an Global Logistics Senior Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse colleagues across the globe.

• Developing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions

• Own and support end-to-end global logistics processes to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant global operations.

• Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow effectiveness

• Communicating technical requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders

• Ensuring smooth execution of automation initiatives

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Advanced supply chain management knowledge (order management, demand management, planning, procurement, logistics)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Relevant experience in automation development, supply chain, or process optimization

• Strong communication and analytical skills

Additional knowledge and/or nice-to-have skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project management skills

• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with digital tools or automation platforms

Job specifics:

• Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
• This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office
