You will complete an individual aspirant program and participate in specialist and management training, with the aim of taking on the role of Managing Director.

During this time, you will actively work in all departments of the sales outlet.

You will learn how our employees can be promoted and developed.

You will also learn how to ensure optimal merchandise management and an attractive store image.

Staff deployment planning including cost control and branch administration are also part of your daily tasks.
Requirements

Completed basic training in retail or corresponding professional experience in sales

Leadership experience is an advantage

Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance

Ambition, commitment and the willingness to work towards our common goals
