Business Development Manager - IMS (Ho Chi Minh, VN, 70000)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Business Development Manager - In Market Supply (IMS) is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability by developing and executing effective commercial strategies across assigned channels and territories.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Deliver or exceed sales, market share, profit, and expenditure targets.

• Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying growth opportunities and recommending action plans for assigned categories.

• Develop promotional guidelines based on shopper insights and market trends, ensuring effective use of trade investments.

• Build and drive the in-store vision for assigned categories across channels, continuously reviewing execution effectiveness.

• Lead distributor and third-party partner management, including objective setting, negotiations, and KPI tracking (secondary sales, inventory levels, order fulfillment, etc.).

• Plan, implement, and monitor assigned business projects and initiatives.

• Manage Trade Spend and commission budgets to ensure optimal return on investment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of commercial operations, trade planning, and execution.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

• Solid knowledge of the nutrition market, particularly clinical nutrition products and services.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and business reports.

• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

• Knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and commitment to operating in line with company values.
