WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Dependent on the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in documentation tasks, creation of reports/dashboards, contractual follow-ups and order tracking, derived from the planning and provisioning processes for openings, operational processes of the warehouse, machinery fleet management, waste management and general expense management, seeking their automation and industrialization.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service to internal clients and sales.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of received articles.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses and collaborating in the proper conservation of the company's assets.

• Loading and unloading with a forklift and reception with radio frequency of merchandise.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum experience of (YEARS) as a merchandise receiver within a logistics structure or similar position.

• Experience in dealing with transporters, managing delivery notes and keeping daily control of received merchandise.

• Experience in handling machinery (forklift, stacker and reach truck) and radio frequency.

• Driver's license.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse by private vehicle or public transport.
