Call Center Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our community, supporting our mission to deliver a top-tier STEM-focused education. You will play a crucial part in assisting students, parents, and staff with their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved with our school.
Your work will directly contribute to our goal of preparing students for success in college and beyond by ensuring our community feels heard and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about our school's programs, policies, and events.
- Resolve inquiries from students, parents, and the public effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
- This position offers an hourly rate of $38.
